Elections are held annually for a two-year term. Three director positions are up for election this year. Current Directors, Kenny Duhon, Jim Moore, and Vickie Opper have all expressed written consent that they wish to continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
The nominating committee has accepted these nominations and is confident in these individuals to continue serving on behalf of all members. Chairperson, Danny Denais has filed the nominations of Kenny Duhon, Jim Moore, and Vickie Opper with Secretary, Alison Alleman. Additional nominations may be accepted by petition of 1% of the Maple Federal Credit Union membership.
Nominees or petition signers must be at least 18 years of age and nominees must accept the nomination in writing. Secretary, Alison Alleman, must receive the petition for nomination in writing no later than 5 pm, March 7, 2023.

There will be no nominations from the floor and elections will not be conducted by ballot when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled.
