Maple Federal Credit Union Youth Account Survey Contest is only open to current credit union members and legal residents of Lafayette Parish, La., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Maple Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest is sponsored by Maple Federal Credit Union, referred to in these rules as “Sponsor.”
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Survey begins on 06.1.25 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on 06.15.25 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Survey Period will not be eligible.
To enter, participants must successfully complete the Sponsor hosted survey during the Survey Period. However, there will be an option to opt out of the survey and anyone who chooses to opt out will not be entered. The answers to the survey will have no effect on a participant’s ability to enter or win. Upon your successful competition of your survey, you receive one (1) entry. Alternative entries can be made by mailing a postcard with your name and email address to:

Postcards must be postmarked no later than June 15, 2025.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Survey Period. The drawing will take place between July 1, 2025 and July 15, 2025. The drawing results are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified within five days of selection. If a winner does not respond within two days of the notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Maple Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any failure of a winner to receive notification due to spam filtering, privacy settings, or incorrect contact information.
Ten (10) $50 gift cards. One prize per winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Tax reporting is the sole responsibility of winners selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize this website or interfere with the operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
